Domestic Returns (inside Finland)

Please note, items ordered from the Tuska Click & Collect Store can not be exchanged.

All our goods have a full 14-day (from receiving the delivery) return policy excluding underwear and other hygienic or intimacy products. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If you have received a wrong or faulty product, please contact our customer service immediately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Fitting is of course ok, but do not return items you have already washed. The item must also be in the original packaging. If there are e.g. hair, pet hair or stains on the returned product, we will not accept the return.

Living in Finland, you’re eligible to return the goods for free. Here’s instructions how to do it. Please include your name, contact details and your order number with the return.

  • POSTI: Take the package to the nearest post office. Remember to write ”ASIAKASPALAUTUS” text and our return number 632730 with the address information. Please always ask for a receipt for the return from the post office, because it ensures that the postal service is responsible in case the parcel is lost. Without the receipt, you are responsible for the lost parcel.

Once your return shipment is received and item(s) inspected, we will send you an email to keep you up to date about the processing.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time but no later than within a month after we have received the return shipment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email or credit card balance, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store[at]backstagerockshop.com.

International Returns (outside Finland) after the festival

Please note: If you are returning goods from outside the European Union, please first contact our customer service with your order number and the list of returned goods! We need this information for customs purposes. Thank you!

After the 14-day reclamation period we are not liable for any refunds. If you have received a wrong or faulty product, contact our customer service immediately.

Customers outside Finland need to cover the return shipping costs by themselves. We will ship the replacement items for free.

Refunds processing may take some time but no later than 30 days after we have received your return. Refunds are processed automatically through payment services according to chosen payment method for order.

If you are shipping an item worth a lot of money, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for any lost or missing return shipment.
